Resources that are designed to increase employee productivity and morale by improving the quality of work and life for employees.
SUNY Work-Life Balance Resources
A variety of resources are available to assist SUNY employees in finding balance between their work and personal obligations.
New York State Employee Work Life Services
Contact your coordinator and explain to them whatever issue or need you have. They will hook you up with the right professionals to help you, whether it's with caring for an elderly family member or your child, overcoming an addiction, getting out of an abusive situation, coping with financial difficulties, finding a counselor, or getting a diagnosis for a learning disability.
