How To Find Videos: Home

Use OneSearch to search all three of the library's video databases at once.

How To Search For Videos

  1. Go to the library homepage and click on the "Multimedia" link in the lower left of the page (scroll down the page to see it).
  2. Unfortunately, at present there is no way to search all the library's video collections at once, so you will need to search each separately.
  3. Our main streaming video collections are: Academic Video Online and Films on Demand. There are several other smaller collections and some open web databases listed there as well (YouTube is often worth searching for content).
  4. Choose a collection and do a search (or browse)
  5. Get the video's permalink from the page where the video displays. Here is more information on getting permalinks.
