What Research workshop(s) do you want to take?

  4. Library Workout Wednesdays (30 min sessions on narrow topics - see schedule for details)

Every 60 (or 30) minute workshop is fully online and involves hands-on activities. Please come prepared to learn and participate in the session. After you register you will receive an email (usually sent the day before and day of the session date) with access details. Sessions are recorded, but each one is different and recordings are only shared with those who participate.

Login to Teams with your Empire account; you will not be able to fully access any files or chat messages being sent when logged in as a guest. If you accidentally login as a guest, you can still sign in with your Empire account.

If you have trouble with Microsoft Teams, please contact the IT Service Desk (use the Live Chat link in upper right if available).

  1. Listening options:
    • computer speakers
    • or headphones (microphone optional) or headset
  2. Talking options:
    • computer microphone or headset
    • or no talking (text-chat only): if you do not have a microphone or headset to speak into, you can communicate using text chat (this is the option most students use)
