What are Open Courses?

Open Courses are all the content, activities and assessment tools for an entire course, provided online for free to potential instructors and students and licensed under the Creative Commons.

Instructors and course developers can adapt and repurpose part or all of an Open Course to create their own course. Anyone can use an Open Course for self-directed study.

Please check the licensing on each individual object, because many repositories mix open content with content that is merely free!
