Goodbye to Howie, the Library Chatbot

Beginning today, Howie, the library chatbot will no longer appear in our library chat widgets. Howie was designed to make it easy to find just the right FAQ, guide, or tutorial to help you in your research.

However, after a year and a half of adjustments and improvements based on feedback from you, the message continues to be clear: you would prefer to chat with a librarian!

If you are among those who prefer not to live chat, you can still find all of our citation style guides, self-help tutorials, and answers to FAQ in the Get Help column of the library home page.
