Following are general instructions for saving, attaching, and opening Maple files in your course. Attaching a Maple file should be the same as attaching any other file to a discussion or assignment. Opening a Maple file attachment in the course is not always direct. Note that different computer Operating Systems and Internet Browsers may vary these details, so it is important to try this out.
How to open a Maple file attachment included in a course discussion post, assignment, or mail message (this is different than document or spreadsheet files):

This problem primarily occurs with Internet Explorer, while Firefox and Chrome seem to operate fine.
How to Save your Maple file in your Maple session: In your Maple session click File, then Save as Maple worksheet (.mw), providing an appropriate filename with your initials (for example: M2D1xmpls_mdo.mw) or whatever filename pattern your instructor wants.
