Plot expressions, functions
We quite often deal with polynomial expressions and functions, so Maple makes it fairly easy to plot these. Here are several examples showing how to make graphs of polynomials. However, these same techniques may also be used to plot logarithmic and trigonometric functions.
Plot multiple expressions in one graph (using context menu or command)>> Multiple expressions
Plot function using plot command (and set view size)>> Plot a function
You can plot from the context menu, which provides the default settings and a simple graph. You may also wish to define axis view, provide a title, set line type and color, etc. The Plot Builder is one of the choices under the context menu Plots, and allows you to set options and preview your plot.
